Project scope consists of roadway paving, storm sewer repairs, new water main and parkway restoration. The project improvements include:
· All new asphalt pavement
· Storm sewer repairs
· Water main replacement and upsizing with new homeowner water services
· Driveway apron repairs and replacement
. Parkway sod restoration

Sod Restorations Completed
The contractor completed the
sod restorations along Woodmere Lane and Locust Lane last week.
The contractor will continue
to water the sod until it is established and healthy.
The projects are now
completed with the exception of a few minor repairs to be made following a
final walk-through with Village staff.
