Project scope consists of roadway paving, storm sewer repairs, new water main and parkway restoration. The project improvements include:

· All new asphalt pavement
· Storm sewer repairs
· Water main replacement and upsizing with new homeowner water services
· Driveway apron repairs and replacement
. Parkway sod restoration

Woodmere Lane: The contractor, R.A. Mancini, is anticipating to perform work in preparation of installing the water main. The work includes sanitary and storm sewer televising, saw-cutting, project layout, and mobilization of equipment. 

Locust Lane: No work is anticipated.
